Well....my partner decided he was tired of me researching, reading, dragging him to the
LFS (a very good one by the way) and talking
SW fish to him and sighing because I was going to wait for 3 years to go SW when we move to TX. (He is NOT a fish fan by the way. You can't pet them like the cats. LOL)
Sooooo he went and got me a JBJ 28 Gallon HQI for my b'day as a surprise! Said "There - go reef crazy." LOL Then he said "Tho it is only 28 gallons so you will need to only go with a few fish, and corals etc that won't over populate and run over everything...." and started spouting off all kinds of light stats and what needed what. ROFL. Was totally hilarious coz he's very precise. He's been doing his own research so he knew what he could get me to give me what I needed to start a hobby I have been interested in for some time.
You have GOT to love a man who gives you a gift like that and sees absolutely NO value in fish. (Tho I catch him at my freshwater tank all the time watching the fish as much as his cat does. :P ) ROFL
So.....I have only posted in one other thread. (By passed the Parrots for now and went neons. Parrots later in a diff tank.) Everyone was very welcoming and I appreciate it. You may see alot more of me now.
