Just thought I'd stop in and say hello, and compliment u for this great website, very informative. My name is Brad and i've just recently gotten back into keeping an aquarium after a 20 year hiatus, so much has changed. Anyway, I have a 50 gal. tank w/4 different species of tetra's, and my cleanup crew of pleco, bumblebee catfish, and yo-yo loaches. Again, hi and thanx for all the info.

Nope, one can only try to mitigate the symptoms by purchasing fish keeping related items on a regular basis and a new tank at least twice a year. LOL
