Hello everyone just joined after a few days of checking out the site and the postings Just thought i would share i have 3 55's one with a red oscar, and a blue acara(sp) another with a wild type oscar and a former jellybean parrot. that is the most incrediable shade of orange 3 years later(didnt take that long for the dye to fade.sons gf brought it home not knowing the process. but now im attached and love the personality of the not so lil guy or gal) the last 55 that serves as the headboard to my 19 yr old sons bed houses a group of 7 tiger barbs,2 redtailed sharks, and one grouchy looking violet goby.i also have a 75 thats is home to 3 four inch sunfish and 3 still unknown species of catfish all cought from a local creek this past summer. that were the luck ones that i kept a friend of my husbands from using a fishbait!. and just when you thought i was done thats not all... i also have a aprox 37 gal hex tank that is home to 2 adopted albino cories. one lone angel fish 2 blue groumies(sp) and one black ghost knife that is aprox a year old. and aprox 6 inches. and a few guppies that i rescues from my moms sadly overstocked grow out tank. what fate brings them we will see. oh and how can i forget the 3 gallon tank that housed a single lone female betta that also was a rescue and cant get along with anyone! I look forward to the wealth of information that is going to be available here and hope that i can share some of the information that i have learned over the years as well...... ok so much for a quick hi.
