I've had a fish tank (or two... or three...) ever since I was a teenager, caught
MTS (multi-tank syndrome) bad for a while, but am now back down to just one tank. No room for more!
My tank's a 50 gallon pentagonal upright corner tank - 25 inches deep - and has housed my community of tropical freshwaters for several years happily.
I was in the beginning stages of planning to turn it into a paludarium, but my dear mother decided to rescue the
goldfish from the backyard pond and put them in my tank!
So, now I have assorted tropicals and five 3-4 inch goldies swimming about together and no room to put another tank in the house... literally no room.
I know it is not a good set up at all, but not much I can do about it right now. It looks like a winter of very frequent water changes.
Anyway.... hello! Glad to be on such a great fish forum.
