Hello all, and first off, i love this site. if not for this place im sure all my fish would be dead. everyone here is so informative and helpful, thanks for putting in the time! i have two tanks as you can see in my signature, and all of the fish are up to date with the exception of two new plecos. see ya on the boards!

I graduated from UTC in '91 with a BS in Biology.

Small world huh? do you by chance no of any really good fish/aquarium only shops in chattanooga or surrounding areas? places that would know a lot more than petsmart of walmart about fish. I'm also looking for an inexpensive/used 55 gallon setup if you have any suggestions....

Burmuda triangle on East Breinard Rd is about as good as it gets in Chattannoga.
Several of us are going to the Atlanta Clubs Spring Auction on the 4th of March.
They will have at least a dozen used tanks for sale at the auction.
As well as several hundred bags of fish and plants.
