Another newbie to the forum from Texas.* Have been around freshwater aquariums on and off for several years.* Finally talked the wife (of 21 years) into letting me setup a new tank.* Working on putting it up today.* New Ocean View 110 gl tank, with a Rena Filstar XP4, 36" Nova Extreme T5 HO light setup with triple timers, Hydor 300w external heater (should be enough since ambient temp in the house is about 76.6*), Rena Air 400 (like bubbles) and about 125 lbs of substrate so far.

Don't really have a plan laid out yet for the community.* Gonna take a couple of months to cycle and want to pick everyone's brains on plants (this part is new).* Look forward to hearing from ya'll.
