Welcome to Fishlore!

It depends on what your water parameters are. You need to be fully cycled first, so as soon as you have NO ammonia and NO nitrItes and showing nitrAtes then you can add them. I really wouldnt get Discus though, not yet. as far as i know they need an established aquarium...

How are you gonna cycle your tank?

I guess your guppies are your ammonia source. If you really do have fish in the tank, then i suggest you do daily water changes with a dose of prime. The prime will detoxify the ammonia and nitrites, making it "ok" for your fish while the tank cycles. What are your readings atm?

Welcome to FishLore
What are the readings for ammonia and nitrate? It would be a good idea to have a nitrite test.
With out knowing all 3 readings, it would be hard to recommend if you can add anything yet.

In your aquarium info, it says you don't have any fish, but in your first post you said you have guppies?
How long has the tank been set up?
If you could fill in more of your aquarium info (Under My Settings at the top left), the members can help you further without having to ask a bunch of questions.

Good luck
