Hi Shelly, welcome to Fish Lore

I'm sorry about your angels.
I don't know that much about angels but when things go wrong one of the first things to check is your water parameters.
Do you know the radings for ammonia, nitrite and nitrate?
What test kit are you using?

I use the API mastter test kit. It's very accurate and more reliable than the strips. Less costly in the long run too.
Do you have an ammonia test? What is the number of the safe parameters?

lol @ ordering the test kit. You'll like it. Every time I test my husband says I look like a mad scientist.
Your numbers look good (assuming you're getting an accurate reading with the strips)

how long has your tank been established? - your tank might not have completed a cycle which is hurting any sensitive fish
