Hi, I just joined this forum and I have a simple question. I just recently got my 10 gallon tank about 10 days ago. Everything has been cycled, and I just got some fish a few days ago. I got two mollies. The question I have, is how do I add just a little bit of water? A little bit of water has evaporated away. I was planning to clean my tank and change the water by the end of the week. Should I just wait or should I add a little water now? I would appreciate any assistance.

You can add water when ever you want by using a bucket. Make sure it has been dechlorinated, and is the approximate same temperature as the tank water. Then pour gently in.

You can do your weekly 25% water change the same way

what did you use to cycle? do you have a test kit? generally the cycle takes longer than 10 days, my 10 gallon took over a month to get through it.
