Great to meet you.
Maybe we need to start an old timers club.
I am just a year or two short of keeping fish 30 years myself.

well kate, i have a huge asst of angel fish both scalares and altums, which i breed. i have a few livebearer tanks mollys, plattys, and swords. those are my production tanks [and i know im gonna catch flack for this but], for live food so to speak. i also keep tanganika cichlids, neolamps for breeding, lelupis also breeding. of course theres harry my blue betta in his own planted 10 gal. and a new setup [about a yr old] for my discus of which there are 8, four of which are breeding pairs. and quite a few breeding and growing bare tanks, all 20's that pretty much covers my entire basement lol. thanks for askin, john

WELCOME TO FISHLORE! bigJohn!
It is often harder to find your way around the computer and forum than it is to deal with all those tanks! But I hope you are a frequent poster, and share all the knowledge you have learned over the years....
You are right, you can always learn more, I did just today, never heard of a UGJ before! It is so cool, I'm going to try it in my 125 gal tank this summer......See you round the forum....
