Ha Ha! Welcome Rex to fishlore, I think you will get a kick out of this forum. By the way, your fruitcake sounds a lot like mine - except, I always use twice as many nuts as fruit! I use DARK Meyers Rum ONLY, and other than that it is very much the same. People who swear they hate fruitcake, always like these.....Like anything else in this world, when a person wants it done right, you have to be willing to pay the price. It is a shame so many people followed the trend years ago of mass produced, low cost fruitcakes, cause so many won't even try them!

So, nice to have you on board, and I am sure many will enjoy picking your brain on plants.
