Actually I turned that off for everyone but moderators. Just in the first day or two of the new software there were some really questionable titles being used. So I disabled them. I also need a way to have a standard title (the way they are setup now) for some permission based things for stuff I have in mind.

I am going to revisit this topic soon though. I don't what I'm going to bring, but I shall visit.

Yeah - mods are fine with the custom titles since you all have global permissions anyway.
