hello i am very new to this site and still learning how to use it.

on jan. 4 2010, i started my first 20 gal. SW FOWLER, and so far i have 2 cascade 100 filters, 1 ten gal. powerhead, and some live rock and sand. and i put in 2 caps of stress coat,

on jan. 5 i put in 2 caps of stress zyme and put in a blue chromie to speed up the cycle.

what im wondering is what other chemicals do i need to put in there and what other things might you reccommend and most of all how long will the cycle take to complete.

right now im hoping to put in 1 pacific blue tang, maybe 2 clowns, and a bannghai cardinal. please tell me if these fish are able to get along.

im really starting to like this hobby and looking forward to seeing it done.

hi,
I just let it cycle normally and don't put any chemicals in there. Unlike freshwater, it'll take longer and requires more patient to cycle.
the pacific blue tang is too big for a 20 gal. Any tang is too big for a 20 gal.
