Fish only Salinity vs Reef

1.019 I hear is better for a fish only as the fish are more comfortable at that gravity.... instead of 1.024 area... thoughts?

1.019 sounds a bit low. The range I typically see is 1.021 - 1.024. I keep my tank at 1.022 (reef). In truth though, so long as they are acclimated gradually, fish can adapt to a lot of conditions outside of the norm.
