Conditioning drinking water ??

I was wondering:

If Prime makes tap water safe for fish could I use it to improve the quality of the water I drink ??

I wouldn't!!!!!!! Check the label....I dont use it....probably "not for human consumption" Get a Britta Filter or something like that for self and family. Or even a small counter top RO filter.
Well, IMHO just don't do it!!!!!

I don't know how safe that would be for human consumption. I don't have a bottle in front of me but I do have my Amquel +. It says non-toxic to humans but that doesn't mean you won't be running to the bathroom every 10 minutes. (if you know what I mean) I wouldn't risk it.

Prime makes the water safe for fish be removing the stuff that "we've" put in the water to make it safer to drink... so it's already safe for us. It doesn't improve the water at all. To do that I'd recommend a filter of some sort.

According to Prime's MSD Sheet it shouldn't be added to drinking water or human food.
