We are going to buy a python system, how do you put in start right/stress coat?

I like to do very frequent water changes and it will be easier if we got a python besides I have carpet in my living room and its getting messy to do this w/ a bucket every time.
I was wondering how to do this and add the chemicals to treat my tap water?

You can add the dechlorinator to the tank before reversing the flow. The stuff works nearly instantly, and will dechlorinate as it mixes with the incoming water. I would add the stress coat toward the end of adding water back to the tank.
