| Guppy Breeding Tank Warning-you're going to need sunglasses for this one! I was not responsible for decorating, I just financed it. It's so bright and colorful, though, I just had to share. I'm hoping there's enough places for the fry to hide, so please let me know if there's not. |

Thank you all, I'll be passing along your praise to her!
Brian-I'm able to video from my daughter's digital camera. I upload them through photobucket, copy the link, and it shows up. There's a thread around here somewhere, but I don't know how to upload threads I'm still learning.
I am glad the guppies fit right in with the colorfulness, though This hood had a very weird, bright light that I'm sorta thinking about using on some other tanks. It might help with pics, especially of the darker tanks. I don't know if it is the lighting or the space or what, but both girls colored up A LOT shortly after I put them in the tank. The male already had color because he came from another tank. We've had him for a few months. Last edited by bolivianbaby; September 5th, 2009 at 05:22 PM.

| I won't have to lead her to them she will just be drawn to them. After next weekend you will come to know September 13th as "Pleco Day". Okay I will take my grounding now as long as I am out by next weekend. |

| omg that is actually really cool! i'm afraid its not enough for the fry though...
jk
it is perfect. You could also get some floating plants for them to hide at the top too, mine used to sleep at the surface and were easy targets for my betta boy |

| I agree. Got java moss coming my way this week. However, I'm starting to think with two batches of con fry, that maybe, just maybe, I should put the male in another tank and just let "the princess" have this as a growout tank. |

| If it wasn't so bright, I'd ask her if I could use it for con babies, but man, I don't want them growing up to be totally blind |

| Sure, but I'll warn you ahead of time, they didn't come out as well
Some of the plastic plants my daughter picked out glow in the dark. That's kinda cool when I turn off the lights at night. |
