something i've noticed....

I've been noticing that sometimes when I post a thread, that when I go to the section where you can check the statueses of your threads and that, under [MY THREADS], it doesn't show all the threads I've posted.
Is there a time deplay? Or is this something new? I just thought I'd mentioned this....

Hi betafish, My Threads are for threads you've started. It looks like you started 24 threads bginning Oct. 3rd. Ar you seing something different?
If you want to see all the threads (yours and anyone else's) that you posted in click My Posts.

Just to clarify...a Thread is one that you actually start. A Post is your response to or within a Thread. Make sense?

but when i check 'my threads', it doesn't show all my threads that i've started

I've had that happen also. They don't show up in My Threads, so I have to go search for them.

Try this...under My Settings at the top left, go to Edit Options. Scroll down, you'll see Thread Display Options in that sub catergory is the option Default Thread Age Cut Off, did you choose a date limit?

I too have noticed that. It appears it does not show under my threads until someone actually replies to it, then it shows up.

I use "forum default" and all of my threads show immediately.
