I'd highly recommend that you guys come to this
LFS if you are in SD County or visiting. The owners are super cool and very friendly. Just come in and talk to either Paul or Jenney.
They carry all sorts of fish ranging from your typical tropical fish to exotics and oddballs. You'll find all sorts of flowerhorns in here also and a lot of very healthy good priced cichlids such as malawi ones and also a lot of south american ones. Lots of koi and
goldfish too!
The tanks are well maintained and all the fish are well taken care of so don't worry about getting sick fish here!
