I was at the store today, picking up an extra container to hold my female bettas that I rescued until I get a hold of a 5g tank, and of course I always look at the fish they have there just to se if they have anything new and they did. Other than the way too overstocked oscar tank with 5-6" oscars, they had a whole bunch of Gunther's killifish(for you latin folk Nothobranchius guentheri). They had a mating pair for $4.99 at 50% off so $2.50, in my opinion, that is a he** of a deal.

.... so did you take the deal?? lol... sounds like a great price. Have any of your breeding fish come to 'fruit' yet? any photos of the killifish?

Sorry, I did take the deal. They haven't laid any eggs yet, but will try and get them to in a months or so when I have more time. As for pics, none as of yet.
