how can you tell the differecnce from male from female how can you tell if your tiger barbs are getting ready to reprduce and how do you breed them?

Females are plumper than males.
The fish will swim side and side and shimmy ( shake they bodies back and forth).
Generally, they try to spawn around plants.

The best way to breed them is to breed them in a seperate container and remove the parents after they breed and let the eggs, then fry develop in the breeding tank.

males also have a BRIGHT RED nose where the females is a little more of an orange. The male also usually has more colour to his fins! The male's crown will change to a dark colour when ready to bread i believe!
