Del Rio Tetra????

OK, has anyone ever heard of something called a Del Rio Tetra* I bought some today, pretty little guys...

OK here's a picture of one... I know it's blurry, but it's the best I could get so far... little suckers just won't slow down!!!
They're very pretty, maybe 1" long, sort of a copper red color in front, black back half.* Anyone know what it is?

I don't think that is a tetra, it looks like a Harlequin Rasbora.

Almost tetras have an adipose fin and that one doesn't

OK, and what is an adipose fin? I looked at the fish anatomy chart and didn't see it

It's the little tiny, tiny fin that is on top behind the Dorsal Fin but in front of the tail. And Butterfly, the reason it doesn't have one is because it's a Rasbora :P
