I have two Red Eye Tetras in my 55gal tank. One of them is hiding under some driftwood and won't come out. Is this a sign that she? may be nesting or laying eggs? I have a male Molly that is very agresive to these two tetras for some reason. He/She may just be hiding but it has been under there for several days.

How is your tetra doing now? It sounds like it has been harassed by the molly and is hiding out. Poor lil thing... Glad to hear it has hiding places it can swim too, in the 55g it should be able to stay out of the molly's way.
