I just recently added 3 tetras to my tiger barbs (4 of them) I got 2 white skirts that are berry and a Black one.....for some reason the black seen\ms to just stay to himself and I havent seem him eat any since I got him 3 days ago....should I be worried? (the others eat a lot it seems)

well, he might feel like the odd one out because even though the white skirt berries have similar shaping, his coloration is not the same. Then again, some fish I had never ate if I was watching them. Some are secretive eaters

oh okay...ive been tryin to watch him but he still wont eat....he swims with the other fish and everything so i thought that everything was okay with them but when it comes to eating he wont eat with them....ill stop watchin i guess lol

what kind of food are you feeding him, flake, pellet...?

tetra color flakes....im goin to get some shrimp to try...a friend told me that might work

i once heard that tiger barbs can ba aggresive towards other species, maybe they are stressed out because they are geting chased?
