My white skirt tetras are not eating!

I have two tetras left after a horrible outbreak of ICH. I had a nice school, now I have one berry tetra and a baby white skirt left. :-(
It was pretty bad and I had to throw out almost all the gravel and one plant also.
It has been a week, they look OK now, swim around even school and everything but they will NOT eat ! No flakes, no frozen, no nothing.
I miss my piranhas, they used to eat so fast and so much. Now they are just hover and look at me, even tough the food is swimming by them.
The water readings are fine, no ammonia, no nitrite the temperature is 78.
I know I have to purchase new plants for them but I have been very busy this week and was waiting to the ich to completely clear out.

Any suggestions?

crank the heat up gradually to about 82-84 degrees (one degree every day). The heat will speed up the life cycle of the ich parasites. Leave the tank like this for about a week, since you say most of the ich is gone. Add aquarium salt to help rid of any parasites as a supportive measure. After a week or so, the ich should clear up by now. Lower the temp the exact same way you raised it, and try adding some garlic juice to their diet by doing the following.

Take three cloves of ORGANIC garlic, and peel all the way down until no "skin" is left.
Take a small resealable bag of tank water (fill it 1/4 of the way) and add the garlic cloves
Smash the cloves in with the aquarium water inside the bag using the back of a spoon until you achieve a semi-transparent, bubbly liquid.
Take a toothpick and dip the tip into the garlic
Dip the most tip into flakes
Dip the toothpick into the tank and watch the fish eat.
Repeat the dipping process until your fish are satiated
Reseal the bag of juice and store in the fridge
