Red-Blue tet

I bought three of these at Petsmart because they were getting rid of them. They were really cool. I went back and there weren't any left.

Also known as the Columbian Tetra. Wow, I've never seen them in stores, you're lucky!

Got em for $.75 a piece. I'm pretty happy with them. These are really bright.

I'm sure they are, with the personality of a Tiger Barb and the colors of a neon tetra, what more could you ask for?

I have a couple of those too. I have read everywhere that they are semi-agressive but so far they are getting along with the other tetras in my tank. They are not as colorful as they were in the LFS's tank. Can anyone think of why?

Might have to with them only being three rather six or even eight. The more they they are, they brighter and more active Tetras get. What other Tetras do you have in your tank?

I have three Pristellas. Batura are you telling me that the individual color of tetras is effected by on how many I have?

I was thinking that it is because there may be too much light in the tank or they are not living "ideal" water parameters...
