seachem alert products?

these are made by seachem products and are meant to give quick and easy readings. they are called "seachem ammonia alert" and "seachem pH alert" you just stick them to the inside of the aquarium and they remain there. does anyone use them? are they accurate? just wondering! here's the link: http://www.seachem.com/Products/Testing.html and Lucy, I will reign as the prince of patience in this thread! just joking!

wow they must be alot were you are! they are fairly cheap over here. okay, so if I could get it to stick on the glass maybe it'll be okay. anyone know about the PH one? Nemo addict, well that ain't helping you out laying upside down on the bottom!

I had one for ammonia alert and it never changed its color. I really do not know how reliable they are. But they are cheap as you said, and if you want to try it on the tank, it wont hurt. But i wouldn't substitute it for a good ammonia water tester tho.
