Hi All....I would like to know if anyone is from the Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada area. I have been looking for test kits here and all I find are the separate kits and they are around $12.00 each!! I can order it from Drs. Foster and Smith but am too cheap to pay the 10 buck shipping lol.

you can get the API master test kit from drs. foster & smith for $16 and pay 10 for shipping but you also can use a five dollar cupon. these cupons all all over the web and if you subscibe to there magazine ( free ) you get the codes without looking it up on internet.
subscribe on there website.


this is a total cost of $21 for 4 different test. pH AMONIA nitrite nitrate. all must have test. if you were to buy this test kit at a LFS it is around 35.
you can also buy extra testkits... like akalinaty if needed for no extra shipping.

these are drops which are a ton more acurate than the strips.

to buy it locally, just go to Petland. they always have them there.

Thank you both! All I've seen here is Petcetera. They have all the kits separately for $18. to $20. each so ordering them is really the cheapest way. I've been using the strips or taking tank water to a lfs.
