Anyone believe I can keep a yellow tang and blue tang in a 125 G tank together?

It should not be a problem.
The blue tang is technically a surgen. They may not get along with others of the same species unless kept in a large tank.
To help the compatibilty if you don't have either yet get the blue tang first or get them at the same time and roughly the same size.

We have a yellow tang in with a hippo tang and they're fine.
They scrap occasionally, but nothing too intense.
If they do fight, it's very breif; moreso a stand off.
