Hey I have sword tail fry from a hi-finned female and a regular male just wondering what the chances are of getting hi-finned babies or is the gene recessive and u need two hi-fins to pass the trait on. It's my first time breeding her and was just wondering the fry is about 3 weeks old now.

P.S. If anyone lives near Hendersonville, NC and knows of places that would be interested in swordtails and mollys I have some but it would be a while before they are big enough to sell as the are all tiny and I just moved to the area and started breeding again

I don't know much about Swordtails but I hope other experienced members who have breed Swordtails before can swing by to help you and answer your questions. You can post a thread in the Buy/Sale/Trade section after you have reached more than 50 posts if you want to give away some fry.
