I have two Green swordtails in my tank a male and a female sometimes they start to swim like crazy going backwards and frontwards shifting around the tank for a few seconds and then stop and act normal again, is this normal?

Sounds like you've got some Swordtails going through the mating dance that'll eventually lead to a bunch of fry that you can add to what you already have.
