2 of my female swords seem 2 b fighting alot they swim round in circles then peck at the side of one anothers bodies is this normal behaviour ? could they b fighting over the male swordtail ?

When I had two females they used to fight every now and again. I dont think they're fighting over the male although they could be,is more likely to be the dominant swordtail in the tank. Its quite normal and I wouldnt worry too much about it unless injury occurs. Sometimes they'd wack eachother with their tails as well.

Too bad my male swordtail died the other day...
