How long before fry can join the community tank?

I have a fry in a small tank, it's about 5 - 6 weeks old now (only one I could save)..How should I wait before I put the fry in the community tank with momma and poppa?

I'd like to put it in now because momma is looking very pregnant again, thus, I'd like to put her in the little tank away from the community tank.

When the babies will no longer fit in the adults' mouths, it should be safe.

Which fish fry do u have ??

It depends upon the size of adults fish.

We have problems with some of the guppy strains going after even fairly large fry.
Make sure they are not being hasseled even if they are too large to fit in mouths.
