I've still got them all yay. The fry are with two small catfish to help get rid of the waste.
Iv'e been giving the fry 2 medium sized meals a day. One little guy found a big puddle of the liquifry on the floor of the tank and when any of the other fry went to eat it he chased them away lol. I thought to myself that one will definately survive with that attitude.

Anyway I'll give another update tonight after feeding. I think I might do three small feedings now. I do two medium sized ones cause I can't feed them while i'm at school. So I feed them in the morning and the afternoon.

All my babies suddenly died the other day. I don't know why or how? I went over to my friends house for the night and told my mum how to feed them and how much, then i got home the next day and they were all dead.

Some good news though, Isabella's pregnant again. I still miss my other babies though. None of them died at all from birth onwards. I had all 20 the whole way until i left for one night and day. Then they all died at once

sorry for your loss.
next she looks about ripe, keep the light off on the tank so you can have less risk getting eaten

Do you do water changes? It sounds like SOMETHING happened for them to all die at once. Did they not get fed, or did your tank spike with ammonia? Sometimes if someone puts in a lot of water of a different temperature that can kill fish. I would try to figure out just what happened so you don't get frustrated. Having fry is very rewarding.

Each time I have some I count them all the time. Some do die, but never all at once! I always just keep them in with the adults, but have lots of Java Moss for the fry to hide in.

Good luck!

Thanks. Yeah i did water changes every Sunday and they seemed to be okay. Maybe Mum didn't shake the bottle before feeding because if you don't shake the bottle it isn't the right consistancy when you put the drops in

I was thinking i should leave them in with the parents. In the tank i have two Red swords male and female and a male fighter fish. Do you think he'll kill them all?
