I have a 10 gallon tank with 3 guppies and 3 cories. There are 2 males and 1 female. I used to have 4 females but now only 1 is alive. I had 2 blue-tailed female and 2 yellow-tailed females. One blue female died after she released her fry. Another blue got fat as if it was going pregnant and then died (there weren't any scales sticking out), and a yellow female died after releasing her fry. Planning to get a few more females. The 2 males are blue and orange. The orange male and blue male constantly fight. They are practically always fighting. If I add more females will they quarell with each other less?

Yes you should add at least 3 more females 5 would be best though what type of filteration do you have?

I have a Tetra Whisper Power Filter. I am looking for good guppy females but can't find any...

Yes the male guppys will contineously display and fight until you get more females in there. This is how they convince the female to let them breed with them.
I had the same problem with my females dieing after giving birth until I started feeding them veggie flakes. I had read that livebearers need more vitamin C to prevent disease so I thought I would try it, I was really surprised it worked as well as it did.

Yes they lived. A show tank is a fully decorated aquarium.

I got a lot of people interested in aquariums. I used to keep mollies and goldfishes too, but I only keep bettas, guppies, and corys now.

Good luck hitting the sales...the tv news show people getting squished trying to get in the doors of some stores and malls...I'll wait a week or 2 before I venture out... meanwhile I'll just clean the tanks I've got, and dream of more fish!!

I'm getting a 20 gallon in 1 month! Heh heh! More stuff to write in this blog. I'm getting those iron stands where you can put the 20 gallon aquarium on the top and the 10 gallon on the bottom. For the 10 gallon, I'm planning to get Fire-Bellied Toads thought I wants gerbils but my mom hates rodents.

Well in that case you might be pushing it with that many fish with that filter though you can try it as long as you do say 30% water change and keep them up you should be fine.
