I have had a really bad week..
First got a shipment of fish that had some ded (the mel johanni make went crazy in his bag and killed fish)
-Then, I haven't got to spend much time with the boys where I have worked nights. And as soon as I am off for 2 days... they get took to Gatlinburg by my mother in law on vacation. I can't get mad over it, my father in law has lung cancer and honestly it might be his last vacation and for him to want to take the grandkids I wasn't going to say no.
-At work I found out yesterday that my boss has do dissolve of 1 full time position, it means 2 things 1: even longer before I get "full time" there and 2: possibility of him cutting me and another girl to keep from getting rid of someone that has been there for 10 years (we have no turnover in our department, our boss is Super) They had new management come in and redo figures on how many therapist they needed.. for some reason they think 1 thearapist can do the whole hospital, er, nursinghome, and critical care unit...
= I woke up this mornig (or evening I should say from working all night) and my face, even NOSE!, hands and ankles were so swollen, not to mention my bp isn't staying down right now like it should, I am scared Tuesday the high risk clinic will make me stay at the hospital or order me on bed rest

-then (doesn't it get better lol)I was eating supper tonight and bit down on my food and one of my teeth crumbled apart, it was one that a filling had fell out of a few months back that I have been too cheap to go to the dentist... now I have to.

-yep, more! I haven't got to shop all week due to work, neither has Steve... we have no food I can eat right now, even down to 1 roll of TP for the whole house (Steve did buy some on his way home).... But I have to go shopping this weekend now

-then I got a call at about 10pm, they put my grandfather in the intensive care unit for pnemonia and his bp being down.

Angela, I'm so sorry you are dealing with so much right now Be strong, and things will get better. I know its tough when you get hit with a bunch of things at once, but try to just deal with one thing at a time. It makes coping with everything so much easier.
