My Green Star Polyps decided to close up and have not been out in 2 days. It has been in the tank for six weeks in an area with a pulsating flow and growing like a weed. I was planning on fragging it this weekend, but now I am trying to figure the little sucker out. There have been no new corals or fish in over two weeks, same location, with no changes to the lighting. I feed the tank Cyclopeze and Phytoplankton (alternating) every other day or so.
All of the other corals are doing great and the tank params have been stable and have not changed.
Tank params...
pH - 8.4
ammonia - 0
nitrite - 0
nitrate - 10
calcium - 400
alkalinity - 2.7 - 2.9
Temp - 76
If anyone has ideas any can offer any advice it would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
DK
