Distressed Purple Xenia

I have a purple xenia in my 24g SW reef-with-2-clowns aquapod. It's been doing fantastically for several months, more than quadrupling in size. Within the last 1.5 to 2 weeks though, it's been drooping. I thought it had just gotten too big for the snail shell the LFS had put the original frag in (!), because at first only two stalks drooped. But now all of them are drooping, and I'm afraid I'm going to lose it. The little hands are still pulsing somewhat, but not like they used to.
Also, my Kenya tree is just slightly droopy, and has been for a long time. These might be related.

Can anyone give me a guess as to what's going on?

*****

Inhabitants are 2 Nassarius snails (and new babies, I think!) 1 conch, 1 emerald crab, 2 TP clownfish, 1 shrimp and watchman goby, the xenia, 2 purple mushrooms (and 3 babies), a ricordia, star polyps, kenya tree, frogspawn, fox coral, candycane coral... I think that's it. Oh, some bubble algae I'm afraid to mess with.

My API test kits show: ammonia 0, Nitrates 0, Nitrites 0, and Phosphorus 0 (though I know your average kit is not really helpful for phosphorus).

I recently did two water changes totalling 50%, about 3 days apart (in between, a brand-new anemone died). I hate to say it, though, I haven't been as diligent about my water changes as I should. But if I don't tell you, you can't make an educated guess!
I also hadn't been adding any supplements because I hadn't had anything but soft corals until very recently.

Any ideas you can give me to save my Xenia and Kenya, I'd be SOSOSO grateful!

Are all your parameters stable and at the correct level? It might be a suppment that helps corals build there limestone skeleton to keep them "standing"( Not sure if this applies to soft corals) that is gone or too low. You should have put in suppments even if they are only soft corals. It might also be the anemone's toxicins. You do know that if they die the relsease toxins that kills almost everything.

I did know the dead nem was going to be a problem, but the soft corals were losing structure before he died. He may have just put the problem into overdrive.

I will be starting on 2x daily testing of pH, alkalinity and calcium, and supplementing with Seachem's Reef Complete for calcium, carbonate, and also their Reef ph buffer. I buy water, still, so copper isn't a problem. In the meantime I've been adding PurpleUp but not seeing any changes.
