So my blue mystery snail really makes me laugh and worry me sick at the same time.

It will climb (or w/e snails do) to the top of my tank which is about a good foot and a half high. Then for no reason it just lets go and just falls done to the bottom of the tank. I mean at first I thought it was funny as he will sometimes ride the air stone bubbles back up to the top of the tank.

But now I'm wondering if he is gonna damage his shell or kill himself. Maybe I just worry too much?

Should I be worried about this? He does it at least once a day.

Nothing to worry about he is just playing. They love to play in the bubbles and I have some that "parasnail" all the time LOL. If you watch when he turns loose he uses his foot to guide him and will land on his foot not his shell.

Hello Peffico. I've noticed my snails will play like that on occasion. Too, sometimes they just like to drift in the current. Awesome little creatures. Three of mine were all trying to eat an algae wafer at one time the other day. That was pretty cool to watch
