NEVERMIND: my snails are NOT fighting!!

URGENT.

I have two mystery snails. I have a gold one who lives in the 12g. I just moved my black snail to the 12g from the betta tank thismorning because I was worried one of these days the betta would eat his antennae.

But When I was moving plants around just now in my 12g, the two snails got nudged together and now the gold is on top of the black (the gold is twice the size of hte black) and I think they're fighting!

I tried to swish teh water around them to make them break apart, but that didn't work and I'm scared to touch them because I don't want to yank them out of their shell, but the whole point was to make the black snail happy and now I'm worried they're fighting!

What do I do!?!!??!

How do I tell The yellow one looks like he's trying to shove the black one out of it's shell!

Hope these help I bolded the link that looks like it'll be the most helpful...
That bold link, about the third story down is exactly what is happening!! Even the same colors doing the exact same thing!!!!

Thanks so much red. I was seriously freaking out thinking that I had just condemned my poor little black snail to death! Though, now I feel kinda dumb for freaking out. Oiy. I've just never seen snail mating. It's scary looking! Jeeze o petes!

Okay. Well, besides me feeling incredibly dumb and kinda wishing I had the power to delete my own thread, it looks like everything is okay....

Thanks again red!

Thanks. I'm going to do some reading now about baby mystery snails. I know they lay their eggs above water, but I don't know how long between mating and egg laying, egg laying and hatching, etc. Plus, I don't think we really have anywhere to put babies, so I'm gonna have to see if the LFS outside of town will take babies....

Hello Ilovee. Sounds like some baby snails on the way!
Too, just wanted to let you know that you do have the "power" to delete your own threads or posts. You can select "Edit" and then delete on the screen that follows.

OH! I thought I could only close them. Thanks Ken! You're always on top of these things!

Hmmm, I can't figure out how to delete the message after someone already responded to it. ...I can delete this message, but not my previous messages. I'm not always good at this stuff.

Can you delete this whole thread please? Now that my snails are just mating, I don't need an urgent help thread. Thanks!!! Sorry again for panicking. lol
