I need a snail killer!!!!!!

My tank has been invaded by pound snails. There are hundreds of these little guys. I need a fish/snail/shrimp that will eat these snails and will not harm my endlers, water frogs, and shrimps. Any suggestions?

Welcome to FishLore
Yoyo loaches will eat snails. I don't have experience with them so here's some info:
Yoyo loach

However, it's best to try and solve your problem by not feeding the tank as much. If you put a peice of lettuce in the tank at night, it should attract the snails, then just toss it out in the AM.

Unless of course you really want loaches

Loaches that eat snails will most likely eat shrimp.
Try reducing feedings and up the number of water changes as well as substrate vacuums. Snails usually multiply according to food supply. Hope that helps

I tested that "lettuce in tank = snails in the morn" theory..it didnt work here LOL maybe sherry/cesch snails dont do veggies?

You can pick out the big ones and smoosh them or let them dry out.... If you persistently smoosh the little ones on the glass and pick the big ones out and let them dry out you can get rid of them... That is what I did...

My snail loves lettuce.
Hmmm....want to know what I do with my pest snails?
I pluck 'em out and throw them in a 5g. There's quite a large population in there.
No fish, just some rocks and a sponge lying on the bottom..

I personally went out and bought 2 yo yo botias for my snail infestation. If yours is as bad as what mine was I understand your lack of desire to pick them out or try to catch/crush them individually..that just wont work for a full blown infestation, let alone theres no way your going to find all the snail eggs for the next generation that hatches

I was SO impressed with how well the yoyo botias cleaned up the tank though! & I keep them with my ghost shrimp- no worries with them eating the shrimp. They also stay in the same tank together with my endlers as well.

I would have to say that with my 2 yoyo botias the pair of them completely cleared up the tank of shrimp in like, 2 weeks! it was truly amazing!

I wont recommend a clown loach unless you have room for it. They get huge and then what you do with the fish? The best idea is cucumber and gravel vacs weekly and pick the big ones.
