Olive nerite snail baby in FW?

So this time i'm really confused because I definitely read that nerite snails eggs wont hatch in pure freshwater, but I have two new snails in my aquarium and that is the only explanation. Has anyone else had this happen? Weird, life finds a way.

dunno if they are truly nerites then. if they keep reproducing then i would say they aren't.

if they ARE, i'll take one!
