I have two apple snails in my aquarium. I was thinking about getting real plants like Java Fern.
Can apple snails be with the plants or will the apple snails eat the plants?

Not too many critters will eat java fern. Apple snails (Brig's, not Cana's) won't usually eat most plants if they're well fed.

Yeah Ive got apple snails in with my plants also with no problem.

According to the information I got when I got my snails and Mystery Snails and Apple snails are the same according to the website I read, they only eat the parts of plants that are decaying or dying. I have noted that if I have a leaf that is near gone my snail will nosh on it but the good leaves the snail leaves alone.
