This is a difficult one. Keeping the population in check is easy. Keep the gravel pristine and make sure you're only feeding the fish what they can eat in a short time (I feed mine what they can eat in about ten seconds, and they are still getting fat).
Many types of loaches will eat them, but be sure your tank can support the new fish before adding such a thing.
One thing: I see that your tanks have live plants. When was the last time you added a plant to the tank in question? It's possible that your tank has been infested with the common pond snail.
I don't know what an Inca snail is, though (wikipedia doesn't have a listing and I'm too lazy to do any more searching), so I don't know what kind of breeders they are.
