Is this possible? I know amano shrimp are bigger but are they peaceful enough not to eat my rcs?

They will not. I've had Cherries and Amanos in the same tank for the last six months - they play nicely.

So I put the amano shrimp in their new home and they absolutely love it They were huddling under the sponge filter in their temporary home but when they saw their new 5g already filled with shrimp home they were bustling around everywhere trying to explore

At mealtime they are greedy little bullies lol they will pull flakes away that the RCS are eating otherwise they are getting along quite fine

When we kept RCS, we found that they enjoyed pieces of algae wafers that we would break up and throw in there. Your amanos would probably like those too.

my RCS got along fine with ghost shrimp. havent kept any amano yet unfortunately

i can also vouche that my rcs do love the algae wafers. i have about 40 rcs in a ten gallon and i feed them 2 algae wafers a day. Breaking each one in half lets me throw em in 4 dif. spots cuz they really swarm those pieces before they hit the bottom!

i also feed bloodworms & tubifex worms

They sure do! We broke them up into 1/4ths and the shrimp swarmed every piece.

They are fun to keep!
