And remember that, if you plan to breed the shrimp, you'll want that to be a sponge filter, so that the young don't get sucked up. (I've read that you can also cover a regular filter with nylon?)
Remember that the crabs would have much better armor than the shrimp, and much stronger claws, so most crabs would probably make a snack of the shrimp. Also, if you're talking about the crabs I think, they may not be fully aquatic (even if, at the petstore, they're in an aquatic tank). You might need a semi terrestrial tank if you wanted to keep them alive for the long haul.
