Any Idea's whats wrong with this chap? Just above the left claw seems to be very swollen/inflamed. Has been like this for weeks but doesnt seem to have affected him

Perhaps the meat/flesh is growing to quickly for the shell? What are you feeding him? What species is he?

Mainly just scavenging flakes from the food for the other fish. A guppy has went missing from the tank though. Which I think became lunch for the 2 Shrimp/Crayfish.

Still not sure what species he his... This debate is ongoing on thread:
