| They are fiddler crabs. Wal-mart just calls them that because appeals more to kids im guessing, i suggest keeping them in a small tank, the dish that wal-mart has them in is sick, way too small for anything to survive and thrive in. The crabs are master climbers and escape artists, they will get out every chance they can. They need access to both water and land, in a regular fish tank 3 or 4 inches of water is plenty, they love to climb get him rocks or cliffs to play on. They molt every so often and will hide until their next shell comes in strong. They are vulnerable after they molt, my female dug herself a cave about 2 inches under my gravel and didn't hardly come out for a week. They eat just about anything, not picky eaters at all.
