Can someone telll me why my amano shrimp aren't growing?

they will moslt i think and that happens usually once a month but it took mine 1.5 months before the molt.

Also, if you can get your hands on a sinking food that contains spirulina, or figure out a way to wedge some nori (the seaweed used to make sushi) on the bottom of the tank, it can help. Spirulina and nori are sources of iodine, which is what the shrimp use to molt their shells.
