cleaner shrimp laying on back - whats wrong?

I have a 180ltr tank, live rock, 3 fish (2 x clown and 1 x coral beauty), 3 hermits, and 2 cleaner shrimps.
just discovered my cleaner shimp laying on its back on the substrate. it is still moving as if it is trying to get up. hermits, other cleaner shimp and fish all appear fine. will check water chemistry, but thought would ask to see if anyne has experienced this before and could help.

Are you sure it your shrimp and not just his skin ? They shed their exoskeleton about once a month.
